OpenHIE event rates are predetermined by the OpenHIE event planning team. You can plan to receive an invitation letter to the event (if requested at registration), access to all five days of the event (including OpenHIE Academy and Hackonnect-a-thon if requested at registration), transportation to/from the airport (if needed), access to experiences during the event (ie. site visits (if applicable), dinner(s), networking events), a welcome packet, name badge, swag.
Cancellation of a conference registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately. Cancellation and refund requests must be received by OpenHIE in writing (e-mail your request to firstname.lastname@example.org or to Jamie Thomas, OpenHIE Community Manager at email@example.com). By October 4, 2019: Full refund minus $50 processing fee. Between October 5 and October 21, 2019: 50% refund. After October 21: No refunds will be issued. However, registrations can be transferred to another member of your organization.
Registrants who are unable to attend the meeting may transfer their registration to another person. Transfer of registration must be in writing and received by firstname.lastname@example.org by October 31, 2019 or presented on-site.
Online registration is for credit card and wire payments only. If you would like to pay by wire transfer (please include your invoice number with your bank transfer), send a copy of your registration invoice and a copy of the wire transfer to email@example.com.
Registration and participation in OpenHIE events and activities constitute an agreement by the registrant to OpenHIE’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s images or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audio record such events and activities.
